The hotel is in the center of Mestre, parking in the hotel courtyard (not on the street) for an additional fee. The room was very clean, cleaned daily, and had a small balcony. There was no noise from the neighboring rooms or the hallway. The air conditioning worked well. The breakfast was very good, with a good selection. The hotel had a 24-hour reception, and Venice was about a 5-minute walk from the hotel by bus or tram, with a bus journey time of about 15 minutes. Although Mestre lives in the shadow of "big" Venice, it is worth exploring the area around the accommodation and the center of Mestre 😊 Overall, I would recommend this accommodation to others.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that this hotel was run by a warm and welcoming owner from Wenzhou. The location is fantastic—just a 5-minute walk to the bus stop, making it incredibly convenient to get to the island. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The room was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable—I especially appreciated having a proper blanket instead of just a thin sheet. There was also plenty of space for luggage and lots of mirrors, which was very practical. The owner went above and beyond to help us. He patiently explained how to take the bus to the island, and when we encountered a train strike the next day, he kindly drove us to the train station himself to ensure we wouldn’t miss our ride. If I ever visit Venice again, I would definitely stay here without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location close to a nice square. We felt immersed in a local Italian smaller city, a great experience away from touristy areas. Love the atmosphere and vibe of the area. Accessible by frequent buses. Within the hotel, we appreciate a good working lift to go up with a big luggage. Beautiful big insulated windows and nice view to the street. Clean and modern room. Very comfortable temperature in the room.

Perfect location in the center of Mestre close to the bus / tram stop that gets you to Venice Piazza Roma in 15 minutes. Very friendly and helpful owners who were always available to assist and provided lots of info on transport, restaurants in the area, etc. They even offered us a kettle to use in our room as the room does not come standard with a kettle. The room is a comfortable size, it is very clean and has everything you need for your stay. Room is fitted with a safe & hairdryer and sachets of shampoo are provided. Nice size shower and good quality towels. Fabulous breakfast - lots of variety.

Location was great, close to bus stops (incl Airport bus), tram Station close by to get into Venice and next to pedestrianised area with lots of lovely, good value restaurants. We ate in Garbaldi - really good. Hotel staff were friendly, really helpful by printing last minute cruise paperwork, then helped to translate it, organised taxis, stored luggage etc. Reception had a large fridge, full of selection of drinks and water to purchase, which was very handy. Breakfast was the best selection we'd had during our whole tour of Italy, really nice. Room and bathroom were modern, comfortable and very clean, with fridge and safety deposit box. Can't find fault with this hotel and staff.

Breakfast was served earlier h morning and was perfect to set you up for the day. Location is convenient with bus and tram located very close by. Hotel is closed to many bars and restaurants too. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with any queries we had and even stored our luggage for us when we arrived early for check in so we could explore Venice for the day. Room was modern, comfortable and clean with lots of storage for luggage.

Great location for visiting Mestre and taking the nearby tram to Venice. Very clean, kind staff, good breakfast, and on-site parking. Very pleasant.

The place in the centrum of Mestre, very good location. Nearby a lot of restaurants, shops etc. Amazing people who taking care of this place . Nice breakfast with different options. Balcony with a view

Very kind staff, comfy bed, frigo in the room. They help us to park the car after checkout, until we could visit Venice in the afternoon. Location is great in the center of Mestre, bus station in 5 mins from the hotel.

Good location, close to restaurants and Venice city center is 20-25 mins by tram. The hotel does not have the best look from outside, but inside everything is refurbished and the room is very modern with a very comfortable bed. Our room was silent and we was able to log in to our netflix via tv. The staff is very kind, they helped in our questions.
